For safety and consistency reasons, drivers may only transport the child or children assigned to them for that specific placement, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both families and approved by our team. This ensures clear accountability, and a secure, child-focused environment during every journey.
We ask drivers to communicate as early as possible. Our team will coordinate with the family to arrange a suitable temporary replacement if needed.
